UNPLUGGED CEREMONY
We suggest that guests make their way 15 minutes earlier before the ceremony starts at the Stone Chapel.

Professional photographers have been hired to document the ceremony, please refrain from taking photos as we'd like you to be present for this short ceremony.
3:40 PM
PHOTOS WITH FAMILY
The newly joined families gather outside the Stone Chapel. Other guests, please start returning to the venue towards the Canapés covered patio. Family members who joined for photos can return to the venue once they're done.​

4:00 PM
CAKE & CANAPÉS
Gather by the Canapés covered patio next to the (Die Klipschuur) venue for the bride and groom's cake cutting. Afterward, please enjoy freshly prepared Canapés and lawn entertainment activities while the bride and groom get their photoshoot done on the farm.

Extra enjoyments:

A special wedding favour will be available to all our guests, make your way to the marked table and take your photo with your partners. It will take some time so remember to collect it on your way out after the wedding celebrations.

Help yourself to a refreshing welcome drink at the bar. Virgin Mojitos and water will also be available.

Our love for coffee knows no bounds, a coffee tab has been opened for you to enjoy throughout your visit.
6:00 PM
RECEPTION
Guests start making their way to the front wooden doors of "Die Klipschuur's" venue reception and through to your tables in preparation for welcoming the newly married couple.
6:20 PM
FIRST DANCE
The newly married couple will enter through the "Die Klipschuur's" venue reception doors, and towards the dancefloor for their first official dance. We invite guests to join us for the second song.
6:30 PM
WARM WELCOME
Guests, please take your seats at your tables for a brief welcome. Ané Steinberg, owner of Florence, will greet you and share important announcements for the celebration.
6:45 PM
BON APPETIT
Dinner will be served "Family style" at your tables. We've also provided a selection of wines on each table for you to choose from. For very thirsty guests, there's a cash bar available (closes at midnight). We also offer an open bar for coffee.
01:00 PM
FINAL DANCE / CLOSING SESSION
Join us for a last dance to wrap up the night. Midnight meals will be served an hour before we close. If you'd like to keep the party going, head to the Lapa (Klipkraal) once the doors are closed to the Klipschuur. If you're partying in your room, please keep it down for your neighbours.
